Terms and Conditions

§1. General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store available at https://psychoterapiaucielesniona.pl, which enables booking and payment for the first appointment with the psychotherapist.

2. The Service Provider is Hanna Strzałkowska, conducting business under the name Psychoterapia Ucieleśniona Hanna Strzałkowska, NIP: 6572590632, REGON: 260440625, business address: ul. Szymanowskiego 7/6, 03-477 Warsaw.

3. The Service Provider can be contacted via e-mail: kontakt@psychoterapiaucielesniona.pl, phone: +48 692-172-973.

§2. Scope of Services

. Through the website, the Client may book and purchase the first appointment, which may be:

  • an initial consultation,

  • a psychotherapy session,

  • a Somatic Experiencing trauma therapy session.

2. All services are provided in the form of in-person or online meetings (depending on arrangements).

3. Duration of a single session: 50 minutes.

4. The price for each service is the same and amounts to 250 PLN (gross).

5. Online booking and payment via the website apply only to the first appointment.

6. The rules of further cooperation (regular psychotherapy sessions) are agreed individually during the first meeting and recorded in a form of therapeutic contract.

§3. Booking and Payments
1. Booking is made by selecting a date in the calendar available on the website.

2. Making a booking requires prior payment via the PayU electronic payment system.

3. After payment, the Client receives a booking confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided during booking.

4. Failure to make payment means the booking is not valid.

§4. Service Delivery

1. The service is provided at the reserved time, either at the office located at ul. Lubelska 21 or online (Google Meets).

2. The Client is obliged to be on time – to punctually attend the session  or log into the indicated online platform.

3. In the case of late arrival, the session time will not be extended.

§5. Cancellation and Refunds

1. The Client has the right to cancel or reschedule the first appointment free of charge no later than 48 hours before the scheduled date.

2. Cancelling after this deadline results in no refund of the fee paid.

3. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Client.

4. If the appointment cannot take place due to the Service Provider’s fault, the Client has the right to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. The rules for cancelling subsequent visits within ongoing cooperation are defined in the therapeutic contract signed during the first session.

§6. Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement

1. In accordance with Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, the Client is not entitled to withdraw from a distance agreement if the service has been fully performed (the session took place).

2. However, the Client may exercise the right of withdrawal if the service has not yet been provided and the period specified in §5(1) has not expired.

§7. Complaints

1. The Client has the right to file a complaint regarding the provision of the service electronically at: kontakt@psychoterapiaucielesniona.pl.

2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

§8. Liability

1. Services provided by the Service Provider constitute psychotherapeutic support and do not replace medical consultation or psychiatric treatment.

2. The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences of the Client discontinuing the therapeutic process.

§9. Personal Data

1. The Service Provider is the Administrator of Clients’ personal data.

2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of booking, providing services, and accounting settlements.

3. The Client has the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their data in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

§10. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website https://psychoterapiaucielesniona.pl.

2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, provided that changes will not affect Clients’ acquired rights.

3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
